Q: Is this event really free?
A: Absolutely, for M33 Access customers whose accounts are current and in good standing. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ and showing the same loyalty they’ve shown us over the years. But as always, we’re still inviting the entire community to this great event.

Q: When can I get my tickets?
A: All customers must request their tickets in advance (limit of two adult tickets; additional adult tickets must be purchased). Tickets must be ordered ahead of time and will be available ONLY ON ARRIVAL AT THE GATE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Customers will have their own special check-in line for tickets and wristbands so they will not have to wait long to get into the event. Non-customers must purchase tickets to the Festival. All purchased tickets will be mailed out or will be available at the gate.

Q: When can I order tickets for my friends and family?
Right now, and we suggest you get them early for two reasons: First, our customers can save 25 percent off the gate price of the Friday night Concert and Fundraiser, and 33 1/3 percent off the gate price for the Saturday Festival by ordering between now and July 11. More important, tickets for both events are limited, and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all tickets are sold, there will not be any gate tickets made available.

Q: What if I’m not a customer?
A: You’re still invited, and we’d love to have you. We’ll even give you a couple of options. First, you can become an M33 Access customer by subscribing to any of several Internet services we offer (dial-up account customers must make a three-month commitment). You’ll have until July 1 to sign on and qualify for your free tickets. Please see the ticket pricing below.

Q: And what do we get for the price of a ticket?
A: A barbecue meal, unlimited soft drinks and other snacks, games and activities for the whole family, the camaraderie of a lot of other great people in the M33 Access network, live music including two great bands and an unforgettable fireworks show – and much, much more.

Q. Are you serious? That’s all you’re charging for a full day and evening of fun, food and fireworks and a concert featuring four bands?
A. Incredible, isn’t it? Just our way of saying thanks to the growing M33 Access network of friends.

Q: What about beer?
A: Because we are charging admission to non-customers as a way to better entertain our guests, we cannot, by Michigan law, give beer away. So we’re charging a modest price of $2 per glass all day long – and we won’t even bump it up with the music starts after dark like a lot of other venues do. Beer tickets will be sold on premises, and will be served by workers from a local, properly licensed establishment, again according to law.

Q: If it’s free for M33 Access customers, why are you requiring us to request tickets?
A: It helps us to plan properly. We need to know about how many people plan to attend so we can order enough food, beverages and other party supplies to the best we can to ensure that everyone has a great time.

Q. So how do I get my tickets?

Q. What if I’m a customer, and I didn’t order my free tickets for the Customer Appreciation Day Festival in advance?
A: Sorry, but you’ll be asked to pay $30 per adult. This is all part of our best efforts to manage what we expect will be a record crowd to make sure everyone has a great time.
